Stonehenge U-Rock Girl of SierraGold
This very special girl came to us from Sydney Welch at Stonehenge and we will be forever grateful to have this very unique girl for our program. She is the sister of Sydney’s “Joss Stone” and is affectionately called “Rocky” around the house. Her maternal grandfather is the famous SGC Jumanji Mercury Rising, with great grandfather QGC DiCaprio of Starbengal both of whom gave such incredible color and huge rosettes to many breeders programs all over the world. A closer look at her pedigree will also let you see such notables as CH Millwood Italian Filigree and SGC RW Joykatz Ace Inda Hole.

We hoped that “Rocky” would pass on some of her fabulous qualities--her lovely head and profile, spectacles around her large expressive eyes, a short tight pelt, lovely, long leopard-like body, great bone and substance, and her exquisite white tummy. Rocky's kittens surpassed our hopes! |

Rocky, matched with our RW SGC Calypso, gave us kittens with the perfect golden color, superior rosetting and patterns on almost clear, short, tight pelts. We feel this has been the perfect mingling of the mild and the wild! The Rocky/Calypso baby pictured on the left is our new stud, CH SierraGold Starmaster.

Rocky is a queen that any breeder would die to have. In her last litter she not only took fabulous care of her own 5 kittens, but easily accepted a little Chihuahua puppy that surely would have died had it not been for her incredible mothering instincts.
